Beautiful Losers

I was recently introduced to a documentary by my older brother which came out a couple years back, called Beautiful Losers. I had seen 2 of the artists before, and really thought their work was pretty amazing. Margaret Kilgallen does these terrific illustrations of people and text with beautiful color and some pretty interesting compositions. Above is a clip from a PBS series covering art in the 21st century, that features some of her work. The documentary was pretty great too featuring Harmony Korine, Ed Templeton and a lot of others that had some pretty interesting insights into the art world.
